Meet other parents who want their children to be fluent in Spanish, but find it difficult in an English-dominant society. Let's organize playdates where only Spanish is spoken (or at least as much as possible!), celebrate the cultures, cuisine and music of Latin America, Mexico, Central America and Spain; take field trips to cultural organizations related to Latino culture; have fiestas; parents' nights out (at Latino restaurants, for occasional dancing, etc.); and to share resources (books, tapes, DVDs in Spanish).
