Our home course of DeBell is one of the most reasonable municipal courses in Los Angeles County. Our weekly play days are on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. The Burbank Women's Self Defense Group was started to provide women a safe place to train self defense without having to enroll in a formal martial arts system. The purpose of the group is to provide it's members with the awareness and skill to handle themselves in an assualt and to examine the choices we have when someone is attempting to take those choices away.
